Enforcement procedures:

Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.
Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

Etymology

In Persian, in the central province, we call the mountain "Gordä" and in Russian it is called Gora, so Kurdistan means a mountainous place; And Khorasan, which is the old name of Afghanistan, means a mountainous place. Wikipedia platformunda açılan "Kürdistan" isimli sayfada, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti sınırları içerisinde "Kürdistan" adıyla özel bir bölgenin bulunduğu yönünde yanlış, yanıltıcı ve anayasal gerçeklerle bağdaşmayan ifadeler yer almaktadır.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasası'nın değiştirilemez ve değiştirilmesi teklif dahi edilemez ilk dört maddesi şu şekildedir:

Madde 1 – Devletin şekli: Türkiye Devleti bir Cumhuriyettir.

Madde 2 – Cumhuriyetin nitelikleri: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, toplumun huzuru, millî dayanışma ve adalet anlayışı içinde, insan haklarına saygılı, Atatürk milliyetçiliğine bağlı, demokratik, laik ve sosyal bir hukuk devletidir.

Madde 3 – Devletin bütünlüğü, resmi dili, bayrağı, milli marşı ve başkenti: Türkiye Devleti, ülkesi ve milletiyle bölünmez bir bütündür. Dili Türkçedir. Bayrağı, şekli kanununda belirtilen, beyaz ay yıldızlı al bayraktır. Millî Marşı "İstiklal Marşı"dır. Başkent Ankara’dır.

Madde 4 – Değiştirilemeyecek hükümler: Anayasanın 1 inci maddesindeki devletin şeklinin Cumhuriyet olduğu hakkındaki hüküm ile 2 nci maddesi ve 3 üncü maddesi hükümleri değiştirilemez ve değiştirilmesi teklif dahi edilemez.

Bu hükümler doğrultusunda;

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin sınırları içinde bölünmez bütünlük ilkesi esastır. "Kürdistan" adı altında herhangi bir özel veya özerk bölge tanımlaması yapmak, Anayasa’nın 3. maddesinde güvence altına alınan ülkenin bölünmez bütünlüğü ilkesine aykırıdır. Böyle bir tanım ve kullanım, kamuoyunu yanlış yönlendirme ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin üniter yapısını tartışmaya açma girişimidir.

Bu nedenle, Wikipedia üzerinde yayınlanan ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasası’nın temel ilkeleri ile çelişen "Kürdistan" sayfasının ya düzeltilmesi ya da tamamen kaldırılması gerekmektedir. Anayasa hükümleri doğrultusunda bu tarz yanıltıcı ve bölücü içeriklere izin verilmemesi hususunu önemle vurguluyor ve ilgili yetkililere gerekli düzeltmelerin yapılması için başvurma hakkımızı saklı tutuyoruz.
